• Be a Graduate of the Institution of Surveyors Kenya (ISK)
• Proficient in computer skills, specifically ICDL
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Able to work efficiently and provide quick turnaround on assignments
• Be a mature team player
• Experience in property inspection and report writing and presentation

JOB REQUIREMENT:
The applicant must have;
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in digital design for websites and social media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media formats, dimensions, and digital design best practices.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout for digital platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
